Lebanese artist Diana Haddad is staying in Beirut to film a new episode of the entertainment show “Taratata,” also featuring the Bahraini artist Salman Hmaid.
Her stay in Beirut is coincides with the release of her new Khaliji album in Gulf countries.
According to the London daily Elaph, the new album, called “Min Diana Ila…” (From Diana To…) features ten songs, including “Shoft Itisalak” (I Saw Your Call). She filmed a music video clip for the song with director Nahla Al Fahed.
Diana has been engaged in charity work back in the UAE. She invited handicapped children from the ‘Al Rashed Center’ to join her for dinner at one of Dubai’s finest restaurants. During dinner she sat at each table to welcome the children.
The children presented Diana with a hand-made Quran.
Diana was extremely happy to meet the children and said, “As a mother I know we must share our lives with these children.”
Maryam Othman, the manager of Al Rashed Center, said that she was very happy with Diana for making she these special kids feel important and that they matter.
