The former Disney star has been honing her body in recent months with her training in jiu-jitsu and boxing.
It appears she has taking great strides since her near death experience when she overdosed on drugs at her Los Angeles home last July.
She celebrated her six months of sobriety January 25; that means she will hit the one year mark in late July, if all things continue on the straight and narrow.
Demi later announced that she'd signed with Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun to help her 'begin this next chapter.'
