Lebanese beauty Cyrine Abdelnour considered calling it quits while filming her TV drama “Li'bat Mawt” (Death Game) just a few months ago. The talented actress said that the urge to quit her acting career is always present, but was more persistent last Ramadan while filming in Egypt, away from her only daughter Taliya.
Cyrine said that being away from Taliya for 50 days caused her a lot of heartache. She even told her good friend and personal stylist Maya Haddad that if, at the time, anyone had offered her another project she would have literally killed them! Easy now, Cyrine!
Being a mum and wife is a full-time job on its own, and according to Sayidaty.net, Cyrine said that keeping a balance between her career and home life is very difficult, but that she has ambitions that she wishes to achieve. She added that raising children is not an easy task, and for a woman to be forced to be away from her kids is like having her soul ripped out from her.
The sensitive mama said that in order to avoid spending a lot of time away from Taliya, she tries as hard as she can to accept projects that are exclusively filmed in Lebanon. As for her daughter being in the spotlight, Cyrine said that although she would never post a picture of Taliya's face, as some might use it in a sick and twisted way like what happened to other celebs' kids, she did post a very short video of her after fans begged her to see what Talia looks like.
The well-known starlet said that Taliya should not be subjected to the spotlight because she is the famous one, not her daughter. She has a point! All that being said, Cyrine said that having a child wasn't an obstacle in her carer in any way, and that she is seriously considering having more children.
As long as you stay close by to them, Cyrine!
