“Li'bat Mawt” (Death Game) was one of the hottest TV dramas to entertain us last Ramadan. Jordanian actress Mays Hamdan played the role of “Nuha” on the show, who was a controversial character, receiving both sympathy and criticism for her actions on the show.

Mays said that she was super satisfied with playing “Nuha” and considered the show as one of the most-watched and successful around the Arab world, and especially Lebanon.

The actress added that playing this character has added tremendously to her acting portfolio. Hamdan considered her character a success as it got people talking; some admired “Nuha” while others considered her conniving and deceiving.

According to Laha Magazine, other exciting elements that intrigued Mays about working on Death Game were that the role of “Nuha” was like no other character she's ever played before, and that her ambitions of working alongside director Al Layth Hajjo and the show's cast were fulfilled.

The Jordanian starlet said that working with Hajjo gained her a whole lot of experience and she hopes to work with him in the near future.

As for the rumored disputes between her and Lebanese co-star Cyrine Abdelnour, Mays said that not once did the two have any misunderstandings on set. She explained that their friendship began and ended with the drama.

But it was said that Cyrine was furious with Mays for mocking her on Mohammad Hunaidi's riddles show “Mosalsaliko,” which makes fun of celebs.

However, Mays said that she didn't make fun of Cyrine, but was merely playing out a role that was given to her. The role she acted out was of a character named “Ruby,” who Cyrine played in one of her past dramas.

Mays hit back saying that Cyrine has no right to be angry at her for simply acting a role that was given to her!
