Actors Robert Downey Jr. and Mark Ruffalo have shown support for US actor Chris Pratt after Twitter users named him the “worst Hollywood Chris.”
The hatred towards Pratt started with a challenge on the social media platform that was posted earlier this week asking fans to vote which famous Chris — out of Pratt, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pine, or Chris Evans — “has to go.”
Twitter users criticized Pratt for not being vocal about the US elections.
Downey Jr. shared a picture with Pratt on Instagram and wrote: “What a world...” while Ruffalo said: “Instead of casting aspersions, look at how he lives his life. He is just not overtly political as a rule.”
You all, @prattprattpratt is as solid a man there is. I know him personally, and instead of casting aspersions, look at how he lives his life. He is just not overtly political as a rule. This is a distraction. Let’s keep our eyes on the prize, friends. We are so close now.

Pratt’s wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt, defended her husband, writing: “Being mean is so yesterday. There’s enough room to love all these guys.”
