Cardi B taken to hospital, to miss Atlanta ONE MusicFest

ALBAWABA - American rapper and songwriter Cardi B revealed on Wednesday that she is experiencing a "medical emergency" and she was hospitalized. 

"I'm so sad to share this news, but I've been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency the last couple of days and I won't be able to perform at ONE MusicFest," she said via Instagram.

The rapper maintained in her statement: "It breaks my heart that I won't get to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there." "Bardi Gang - thank you for understanding and I'll be back better and stronger soon."

Cardi B, 32, didn't revealed anything regarding her heath of the reason that forced her to go to hospital.

Thousands of comments were made on her post with many lovers and fans wishing the American star a speedy recovery. "Wishing you a speedy recovery," "Health is wealth praying for a fast recovery," and "Get better babe, we love u," fans commented.

Cardi B's health condition forced her to cancel her planned performance at ONE MusicFest, which is a 2-day festival scheduled for this weekend.

The event is planned to take place at Central Park in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward neighborhood in Atlanta.

Cardi B's emergency came months after the birth of her third child with estranged husband Offset.
