Cardi B has had her deposition successfully postponed, now that she is in her final month of pregnancy.

The hip-hop starlet, 25, who's expecting her first child with her 26-year-old fiance, Migos rapper Offset, said in legal documents that she's 'in her final month of pregnancy and about to give birth,' TMZ reported Wednesday.

The Bodak Yellow artist shared the information as she successfully sought to postpone a deposition in a case from a male model named Kevin Brophy, who says she copied a tattoo he has for the cover of her 2016 mix tape Gangsta B***h Music Vol. 1.

Due soon: Cardi B, 25, said in legal documents that she's 'in her final month of pregnancy and about to give birth,' TMZ said

Brophy said that use of the tattoo - a tiger clashing with a snake - was unauthorized, and he was upset by the way the man with the ink was depicted, as it was implied the man was performing oral sex on Cardi B, TMZ previously reported.

Brophy said he didn't know about the album cover until a friend told him about it, the outlet reported. Cardi B has denied the allegations, pointing out physical differences between Brophy and the model used in the shot.

The musical artist, whose full name is Belcalis Almanzar, was permitted to stall the hearing from July 25 to September 7, according to the site, which reported that she should give birth around the first week of July.

The New York City native got engaged to Offset last October onstage at at Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center during a concert.

She first announced her pregnancy during an episode of Saturday Night Live in April after months of speculation, as she emerged in a white dress, that revealed her baby bump, to perform her song Be Careful.

Her manager, Brooklyn Johnny, followed up in posting a video of the relieved entertainer being cheered on backstage after making the banner announcement, as she said, 'I'm finally free!'

He wrote: #SNL Surprise! #InvasionOfPrivacy out now! @iamcardib #cardib #iamcardib.'
