ALBAWABA - Billie Eilish performed at Madison Square Garden in New York City as part of her "Hit Me Hard and Soft" tour.
Fans took a video of her tripping and falling down the steps as she exited the stage.
On Tuesday morning, Eilish shared the video on Instagram Stories, captioned "Billie falls down the stairs at MSG." In addition to the video, she posted a snapshot of a massive purple bruise on her thigh. "But literally," she wrote with the picture.
Madonna and her 12-year-old twin daughters, Stella and Esther, went to one of Eilish's three Madison Square Garden performances the day before she fell. Following the concert, the Grammy winner posed for pictures with the 66-year-old pop star and her kids.
In her first public appearance since her younger brother Christopher Ciccone's death, Madonna posted a series of images from the night on Instagram with the phrase "It's nice to be out..."
For her part, Eilish did not let the fall deter her. On Saturday, October 19, she made her fourth appearance as a musical guest on Saturday Night Live, performing "Wildflower" and "Birds of a Feather.".
On November 2, 2024, at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Billie will resume her tour after a brief hiatus. This is not Eilish's first on-stage accident. She fell when the lights went out at Coachella in 2022.
