US President Bill Clinton is thinking of becoming an ABC News correspondent, reported FOX news online.

Meanwhile, according to the Drudge Report and various other outlets, the president was toying with the idea of going to work for NBC.

However, FOX said that one month ago, one of their reporters was approached by someone who had participated in a conversation with ABC News executives regarding Clinton's possible career with that network.

"The talk was that Barbara Walters would eventually retire, sooner, not later, and that Bill Clinton was being considered as her replacement."

The group of people involved in this discussion were ABC News higher-ups, and they were quite serious.

Same source, a few days later, ran into another ABC News exec, separate from the aforementioned group, who posited the same idea. What did my friend think of such a thing? The network was quietly sounding out good friends and colleagues. "Someone has to interview world leaders," my source said, "and they think Clinton is the man." – Albawaba.com.
