Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) stated that Avicii, who was due to perform at the Formula One (F1) this weekend, has cancelled his concert due to medical reasons.
DJ Avicii, who is currently in the hospital recovering from a surgery performed to remove his gall bladder, has been advised by the doctors to take rest for now.
This has necessitated the cancellation of his scheduled show on April 5 in Bahrain. The BIC is studying other options with regards to the F1 concert, stated the Press release
