Lebanese singer Assi Hilani recently completed filming the music video for his latest song "Barudti" (My riffle) under the direction of Syrian director Sayf Ashaykh Najeeb. Assi's son Al Waleed participated in the clip alongside Syrian actress Jeeny Asbar, who played the leading role in the clip.
The theme of the story is very similar to that that has been revolving in different television dramas, which is the pride felt by those who fought for their freedom using their riffles and horses.
The song is written by poet Nizar Francis and composed by Assi himself. It is also featured in his latest album 'Assi 2010'.
