On a different note, Hilani has miraculously survived a dangerous fall off his horse while he was horseback riding at his ranch in Lebanon. The singer revealed that he had recently returned from Cairo and had decided to head to his private ranch and ride his favorite horse.

While he was riding, the horse stumbled on a hole in the road and immediately fell throwing Assi a distance of at least 10 meters away. the singer was able to stand, but with great difficulty and slowly walked back to the ranch, where he received immediate first aid.

Due to the painful aches that resulted, Assi insisted on being admitted to hospital where he had x-rays done that showed he had minor breaks in some of his ribs.

This marks the second time the singer falls off his horse and miraculously survives with no major injuries.

Assi was forced to cancel some of his previously scheduled plans until he healed completely.
