Blockbuster movie star Ashton Kutcher will introduce one of his Ketchup diners to Dubai in September.
Located in Downtown Dubai, Ketchup will “remain true to its name by offering diners a selection of uniquely flavored ketchups and its signature dishes including the classic hamburger, ‘The New Yorker’,” according to local promotersWest Hollywood’s Sunset Boulevard was the first home of the Ketchup franchise in 2007.
It has expanded globally since, with its presence in the Middle East comprising outlets in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and now the United Arab Emirates.
Ketchup will hold an “eat one kilo in eight minutes” competition to promote the new restaurant.
Every Saturday in September, customers will have the chance to receive a 200 AED ($54.45) voucher and a place in the Ketchup hall of fame if they can eat the 700 grams of beef and accompanying fries.
