When she first appeared on TV screens about 10 years ago, nobody anticipated that the showbiz star Razan Al Moghrabi will ripe a huge success and enjoy an outstanding popularity.

After shooting the music video of her latest album's hit song "Dihk ou Li'b" (Fun and Play), Razan went to shoot a commercial for her new perfume 'Raz De Razan'. Harboring her dream of becoming a popular star, Moghrabi said that she believes this step will add a lot to her popularity, "the perfume will soon hit the shelves of Arab countries as well as Britain and France. I worked on the essence of the perfume in France, but proudly the bottle was designed by Lebanese Yehya Sa'adeh."

Earlier this month, the MBC presenter finished shooting "Dihk ou Li'b" music video with Lebanese director Shadi Hanna. The video puts Moghrabi in a new and unexpected look, playing the role of the well-known warrior princess, Xena.

The video was shot in two different places in southern Lebanon, and took only two days to complete. Produced by Music Master, Moughrabi said that her album would be available in markets late in October.

Razan, holding a degree in Communication Arts from LAU in Lebanon, has joined MBC six years ago after a successful three and a half years career at the Lebanese Future TV. On MBC, she is still well known for her most popular western variety program, ‘Pops and Tops’. - Albawaba.com
