Lebanese pop star Amal Hijazi announced that she is expecting a baby girl. The former model, Amal, had previously been very guarded about keeping the sex of her unborn child a secret, but now decided to come out with her happy news. It's been quite a journey for the mother of two, to arrive at this motherhood, so any reservations about over-sharing baby-talk would be expected.
Amal did however candidly make a request to her fans through her official page on on social network Facebook to help her choose the perfect name for her unborn baby. Hundreds of comments flooded in, in reply to Amal’s request, only compounding her confusion in the naming minefield!
The singer received over a generous 200 suggestions for baby girl names. She is already mother to a Nour (adopted) and Karim.
