Lebanese singer Alissa released her third album entitled Aishalak (I live for you) after a two-year sabbatical without releasing any new album. Her new album includes 14 songs
Alissa reiterates that anybody who would listen to her voice in the new album will find it different from the other two albums, (Biddy Doub, 1998 and Akherta Ma’ak, 2000), according to the daily al Rai al Aam.
She pointed out that the video clip of her new album is enhanced with a disc recorded in Paris under the direction of Gabrice Baghoti with Christian Dior House sponsoring her wardrobe in the clip. Alissa feels proud to be the first Arab artist who wears customs from Christian Dior, which designs the wardrobes of renowned stars including Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman and Sharon Stone.
The international singer, Cress Berg tapped Alissa to record a duo for his new album.
“If I do not feel the words I sing, I will not know how to convey them,” said Alessa adding that the song in her new album that touches her feeling most is “The best Feeling on earth is to love in crazy manner” because according to her it reflects the love story she lives at present and which will end with marriage particularly in view of the fact that her partner is a musician who plays the piano -- Albawaba.com
