The final list for the singers participating in the annual Hello February in Kuwait sponsored by the production company Rotana, which will broadcast the events live through its satellite channels, has finally been released. Previously, news had spread that Lebanese singer Alissa will participate in the festival for the first time, but surprisingly, the singer’s name was not included in the final list that was released.
According to the London based Elaph, the singer revealed that the organizers of the festival had in fact called her to inform her of their hopes of having her participate, but she had regretfully turned them down due to previous arrangements elsewhere. Alissa stressed that she had already committed herself to holding concerts at the same time, one being in France.
The singer also revealed that she will be heading to Dubai for the launching of a new campaign for the international watch company Quorum, which she had signed a contract with to be their Middle East representative. It was added that the singer will hold a live concert during the Muslim holiday Eid Al Adha in Jordan at the Grand Hyatt hotel in Amman.
