Alissa dreams of motherhood

Lebanese singer Alissa appeared as a guest on the weekly entertainment program “Dandana,” aired on the Arab satellite channel MBC.

 

During the interview Alissa revealed that she cherishes family values and dreams of one day becoming a mother. She would like to name her first child Tareq or Omar, adding that she hopes this dream will come true in the near future.

 

According to the London based Elaph, Alissa also revealed that her favorite male singers are Ragheb Alama, Fadel Shaker, and Amr Diab. Her favorite female singers include Warda, the late Umm Kalthoum, Fairouq, and Nancy Ajram.

 

Sources reveal that the singer may release her new album, produced by ‘Rotana’ between New Year’s Eve and the Muslim holiday Eid Al Adha.

 

Alissa had already chosen the cover for the album with the assistance of American director Mathews Claimer. Claimer introduced to Alissa new ways of designing album covers that increase their success.

 

The singer is scheduled to hold a New Year’s Eve concert at the Rotana Hotel in Dubai.
