Yong Egyptian singer Ahmad Fahmi is living some of the happiest moments of his life after the significant success the film “Khaleeg Ni’mah” (Ni’mah Bay) achieved, which he starred in alongside actress Ghada Adel and singer Mahmoud Al Aseeli.
According to the London based Elaph, what also added to Ahmad’s happiness is the success of his first album “Jeet Fi Bali” (You are on my mind).
They young singer is also preparing to film a music video for the main song of the album titled “Fi Kidda” (Like this). The song is written by Ameer Tu’aimah, composed by Mohammad Yahia, distribution by Tumah and directed by Ameen Durah.
Ahmad will be traveling to Lebanon to film the clip. The singer revealed that he chose this song in specific due to the fact is that it has a face beat and suits the tastes of the young generation, in addition to the fact that many of his close friends advised him to choose it.
On a different note, Ahmad is also scheduled to star in a new film alongside prominent Egyptian actress Muna Zaki. The new film “Aswar Al Qamar” (Fences of the Moon) is written by Tamer Habib and will be directed by Tareq Al Arian.
In the film, Ahmad plays the role of photographer who dreams of marrying Muna, who plays the role of a blind girl.
Ahmad revealed that his role in the film is completely different from his role in ‘Ni’mah Bay’, and it was what persuaded him to accept the role.
