The results of the 7th Cairo Radio and TV Festival were announced on Sunday at the closing ceremony at the Information Production City.
The TV Contest Awards are as follows:
* Historical Series: Golden Prize, shared by Al Khaizaran (Bamboo) from Syria and Nisr Al Sharq (Orient Eagle) from Egypt.
* Social Series: Golden Prize, shared by Awan Al Ward (Rose Time) and Opera Ayda.
* Comedy Series: Golden Prize, Huroof Al Nasb from Egypt.
* Play: Golden Prize, shared by Takshiret Mrati (My Wife’s Anger) from Egypt and Al Badawi Wa Al Sultan (Nomad and Sultan) from Saudi Arabia.
* Narrative Film: Golden Prize, Al Asefah (Thunderstorm) from Egypt.
* Reportage: Golden Prize, shared by Ekhteraq (Breakthrough) from Egypt and Nuktat Quwwah (Point of Strength) from Qatar.
* Special Program: Golden Prize, shared by Hadi and Fadi from Egypt and Andalusiyyat from Tunisia.
* Magazine: Golden Prize, Fuduliyyoun Jiddan (Very Curious) from Algeria.
* Conference: Golden Prize, shared by Al Jalsah Alaniyyah (The Session Is Open) from Egypt and Al Rai Al Am (Public Opinion) from Qatar.
