Emax on the GO! New Emax Express Counter opens in Centrepoint

Emax, the region’s leading retailer in consumer electronics, have opened another store right in the heart of the city – the bustling town of Bur Dubai. The lucrative electronics market in the Middle East is forecasted to grow to US$ 3.9 billion by 2014, according to a report by Business Monitor International (BMI), fuelled mainly by the purchase of mobile phones, computers and laptops. These main IT categories can be found in the new Emax store along with its best selling product categories.

The new Emax Express Counter is a smaller store designed to provide its customers with the option of express shopping when it comes to electronics.  Though smaller in size, it still carries the best deals and massive offers that Emax is known for on mobiles, IT, camera, gaming and accessories.  

CEO of Emax, Mr. Neelesh Bhatnagar said “Bur Dubai and Karama are home to a large chunk of our target audience. We started considering our options to get closer to them. An expansion into this area seemed like the best option, and the opening of an Emax store with an Express Counter was even better’.

Keeping up with the latest trends, Emax offers a great range in Tablets with the iconic iPad WiFi 16GB for AED2,199, the Galaxy TAB 16GB AED 2,899 and the Dell Streak 16GB for AED2,299. If it is the latest in 3D televisions you are after then Emax have a huge range from all leading brands such as Samsung, Panasonic, LG and Sony.

Situated right next to the luxurious Burjuman mall, the new store is located in Centrepoint.

To mark the opening of the store a ceremonial ribbon cutting took place, attended by Emax CEO, Neelesh Bhatnagar and Landmark Group’s founder and Landmark management.
