The cameras showed a violent brawl erupting inside the airline reservations office, where office staff were brutally assaulted by passengers who stormed in, unleashing punches, slaps, and kicks due to the delay of their flight's departure.
Iraqi Airways denied the occurrence of a brawl between customers and employees of a tourism company.
The company stated in a statement: "The management of Iraqi Airways denies what some social media platforms have circulated regarding a video falsely attributed to one of the company's offices, documenting a brawl between customers and employees of a tourism and travel company, which has no connection to Iraqi Airways."
