ALBAWABA The mayor of the Greater Karak Municipality recently announced a significant decision to rename a street in solidarity with the people of Gaza, citing an aggression inflicted upon them by the Israeli occupation.
The decision, as reported by Jo24, is a symbolic gesture intended to convey the municipality's support for the Palestinian cause and express condemnation for the destruction wrought upon the people of Gaza.
The decision has been made by the Greater Karak Municipality to dedicate a street in the city to Hamza Wael Al-Dahdouh, the journalist tragically lost in an Israeli strike. Hamza, the eldest son of Al-Jazeera’s Chief Bureau, Wael Al-Dahdouh, lost his life alongside his colleague Mustafa Thuraya.
