ALBAWABA - In a story that sounds straight out of a movie, a young man from Guinness County, Michigan, found himself very lucky as he went from his everyday life to becoming a millionaire due to a lottery, and it was all thanks to the uncanny resemblance he had to a renowned international movie star.
This 26-year-old man, whose identity remains unknown, found himself thrust into the spotlight, after his unexpected fortune, which he attributed to what he perceived as a "sign" from his silver screen counterpart.
According to reports from CNN, the young man recounted his experience while watching a film, where the lead character happened to look very much like him. In a scene in the film, this look-alike clinched a lottery jackpot, sparking a desire in the viewer's mind to also want to do the same.

"The actor in the movie looked just like me, so I took it as a signal to go buy a ticket," he shared.
Purchasing a "Lucky Number 13" lottery ticket, priced only $5. He recalled, "When I scanned the ticket and saw that I had won half a million dollars, I couldn't believe my luck."
Since its launch back in April 2023 last year, the "Lucky No. 13" lottery has awarded over $23 million in prizes, ranging from $5 to half a million dollars, according to records, and this lucky man was one of its latest lucky winners.
