The Internal Security Forces has arrested seven people, including two American nationals, in Kesrouan’s Kaslik on charges of possessing and dealing drugs, the agency announced Monday.

On Saturday, the ISF raided a chalet in Kaslik, picking up a drug dealer along with an American national in possession of a number of drugs.

The agency later lured and arrested five more drug dealers - identified as Lebanese nationals A.K., A.N., G.N. and R.S., and American national G.Ch. - who are alleged to have provided the first two with various drugs.

The ISF found on their persons 337 grams of hashish, 1.09 kilograms of marijuana, 16 tabs of LSD and an unknown substance thought to be crystal meth. The agency also discovered a scale and two hunting rifles.

The suspects have been referred to the judiciary.
