A mechanic has been jailed for six months for having consensual sex with a worker, who claimed that the mechanic had forced sex with him at his residence.
The 34-year-old Pakistani mechanic, Z.A., repeatedly phoned his 21-year-old countryman and invited him to stay at his house, where he had sex with him in May 2014.
Prosecutors said Z.A. lured the worker to his room and had forced sex with him.
The defendant claimed before the Dubai Court of First Instance that he did not rape the claimant, contending that they had consensual sex.
