Like something out of the popular American TV show CSI, comes a curious tale of medical mystery from a Middle Eastern report. An Egyptian employee awoke from his seven-month coma to confess the name of the perpetrator who put him there, only to die immediately afterwards. Due to a gunshot in the head, the victim had been admitted to Cairo's Qasr Al-Aini Hospital.
Cairo-based Egyptian police were told that an Egyptian employee was admitted to Qasr Al-Aini hospital due to a shot in the head and that he had gotten into a coma. So, it seemed the mystery of this crime would lay to rest with him.
Now, seven months on, he has awoken with one thing to say: the name of his shooter. Before his final breath, the man informed the police that the shooter was his friend, Mohamed F., a barber. The investigation is still ongoing with the order for Mohamed F.'s arrest and placement into custody into the carriage of justice.
In a twist of poetic justice, vindication came from beyond the grave.
