Dubai Properties Group launches new units at Ghoroob Mirdif Community

Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, today announced Phase-2 of Ghoroob Mirdif is ready to be leased out to tenants at special introductory rates.

Ghoroob Mirdif features a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments covering an area of 956 square ft. to 1,861 square ft. As part of the launch offer, prices for an annual contract range from AED40,500 for a one-bedroom apartment to AED76,000 for a three-bedroom apartment.
