Bin Laden’s CV of death and destruction

The man responsible for a trail of destruction amounting to the tune of 4570 dead and thousands more  killed through his meddling in Iraq is dead and presumably in the sea. Will his reign of terror drown with him? 

So Obama finished him off - the world's most wanted man Osama bin-Laden. But Bush Junior certainly loosened the proverbial lid of the jar for him by kick-starting the wide-scale man-hunt with gusto, and officially declaring the search party to begin in 2001 when he demanded his nemesis Dead or Alive.

From Saudi youth to Afghanistan 'freedom fighter', this man launched his career of mass killings in 1988 from his 'Base'  a re-jigged organization called al Qaeda.  Hence followed a  whole spate of killings and terror attacks in different corners of the globe, highlights of which were Madrid '04, London 05, Amman 05  and of course the big one- 9/11. Not to forget the campaign of terror he unleashed on Iraq this last decade in an onslaught lasting 8 years til now. 

Americans and in fact Muslims and Arabs around the world are celebrating today the end of a man who has a pretty impressive CV of mass destruction.  Here's a look at his hottest hits (usually bombs and strikes) and a picture of why this man's 'head' was sought so intensely by the USA and its 'allies' in this War on Terror.
