CAPIVEST, Bahrain-based Islamic investment bank, today announced the successful completion of construction works on its premier real estate development, Saar Central.
Located in the popular Saar area of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Saar Central covers an area of 65,000 square meters and offers a mix of 82 villas of varied size and appointment, ranging from simply elegant to modern to luxurious.
Commenting on the completion of Saar Central's construction works, Mr. Mohammed Abdulmalik, Chief Executive Officer of CAPIVEST said, "I am happy to be able to present the final completed Saar Central development to the people of Bahrain, our clients and our investors. The fact that we were able to complete construction of the entire project in challenging times is a point of pride for us and is an indication of the commitment and dedication our teams have exhibited over the past two years."

The planning, development, and construction of Saar Central were executed in partnership with leading companies to ensure that the project was completed to the highest quality standards. Baker Wilkins & Smith (BWS) were assigned as surveyors, and the architectural firm, Modern Architect, was assigned from the very start of the project to oversee construction works. Additionally, some of the Kingdom's premier contractors were assigned to the project namely Juma Construction SPC, United Arab Construction Company, Middle East Contracting & Trade Center and Al Moayyed Construction.
Construction work on Saar Central was completed with the highest international quality standards and specifications in mind, including secondary works such as the paving of roads, and pathways. Additionally, all interior works on the villas were finished using the highest quality construction materials and products to ensure continuity outside the villas as well as inside.
Each villa type offers something different to potential home owners, from the simple need for the space to allow a family to grow to the expectation of extreme luxury. The villas combine the aesthetics of Arabian architecture with the trappings of modern luxury in a way that not only works, but that highlights and defines each individually. To accomplish this feat, a team of Bahraini architects worked tirelessly to bring the two ends of the architectural spectrum together, mixing arches and open spaces in a way that brings the homes to life.
