Zamil Air Conditioners (ZAC) has recently received a certificate of appreciation from Prince Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince of Gizan in recognition of the role the company is playing in providing technical training for a number of Saudi students at Gizan Vocational Training Center.
For the past five years, ZAC has been active in providing vocational skills training for Saudi students, and has been employing the best students from each group as trainee mechanics with the company. Upon completion of six month training program, trainees are promoted to the position of air conditioning mechanics with Zamil CoolCare, the region’s premier air-conditioning equipment service and maintenance provider.
“This is a win-win situation for Zamil CoolCare and young Saudi trainees. We participate in their technical training and offer them employment opportunities. This is in line with our position as a socially responsible employer and our commitment towards the development of their skills,” said Abdul Mohsin Al Ghamdi, Corporate Administration and HR Manager at Zamil Industrial Investment Company.
