It is imperative for young Kuwaitis to be educated on the importance of residing in the border zones to solve housing problems in Kuwait, said Real Estate Consultant for Al-Mishkat Real Estate Company, Dr Hussein Hamza. According to Arab Times, Hamza stated, “the packages should involve either a cash payment or granting such persons a big plots of land on which they can live comfortably.”
Hamza explained “the infrastructure for highways in the country is available and it is possible to reach Ummu Al-Haiman in 25 minutes if the distance to various areas of the country is shortened.”
