Works on road project to connect Durrat Al Bahrain advance

The BD17.6 million road project to connect Durrat Al Bahrain to the roads network is advancing on schedule, according to the Assistant Undersecretary of Roads, Essam Khalaf.


During an inspection visit to the project, Khalaf said the 25km road would have two lanes and the third lane would be added in future to cope with the traffic, the Bahrain Tribune has reported. The road starts from Hawar Road in Askar village to the Durrat Al Bahrain project.
