Nearly 95 per cent of the land levelling and infrastructure for the Emirates Modern Industrial Area in Umm Al Quwain has been completed by developers Tameer Holding. According to Gulf News, the entire industrial area has been built on 80 million square feet at a cost of Dh50 million.
