Concrete pouring work on the Bahrain World Trade Centre (BWTC) towers is in its final stages of completion and the tower's first tenants are to be announced any day. According to the GDN, the fixing of the exterior curtain wall system is also underway as the 240-metre towers head towards completion. The 50-storey twin towers are the first in the world to use wind energy to provide 11 to 15 per cent of electricity needs.
