The 30-storey Avare Towers in Seef District is due to be completed by December 2007. Work on the project by Grand Real Estate Projects started Wednesday, the GDN reported.
The building comprises 89 luxury apartments (44 one bedroom, 44 two bedroom, and 1 penthouse) and recreational features such as a gym, sauna, steam room and a swimming pool as well as a multi level parking facility.
