The manger of the sewage department at Basra province said that the department is currently implementing a project of cleaning heavy sewage water, which is the project of transporting heavy water form the center of the city to the station in Hamdan area.
He added, according to <i>Alfourat</i> newspaper, that the project is composed of a number of stages and the first stage included the commercial center and the second one included Alhussein quarter. He revealed that project was funded by donor nations. He disclosed that special equipment was imported from Turkey to implement the projects.
