The value of land transactions registered on Saturday in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 85 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 10 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 46 million paid for a 40000 sq feet area in Al Murqabat. An amount of Dhs 19.76192 million, for a 15439 sq feet area of land in Al Rega, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 4.9 million paid for a 7200 sq feet area in the Um Suqaim Second district.
The single biggest plot sold was 40000 sq feet at Al Murqabat for the sum of Dhs 46 million. The second biggest was the 21254.94 sq feet area in Emirates Hills Second that sold for Dhs 4 million.
