The value of land transactions registered Monday in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 89 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department. There were 6 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 36.511425 million paid for a 162273 sq feet area in Mardaf.An amount of Dhs 21.94232 million, for a 274279 sq feet area of land in Mardaf, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 10.82781 million paid for a 154683 sq feet area in the Mardaf district.
The single biggest plot sold was 274279 sq feet at Mardaf for the sum of Dhs 21.94232 million. The second biggest was the 162273 sq feet area in Mardaf that sold for Dhs 36.511425 million.
