Value of land transactions in Dubai

The total value of land transactions in Dubai yastarday peaked at Dhs 47.13 millions  million, of which sales exceeded Dhs9 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs37.7 million, according to the Land Department .

 

A total of 6 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Mezhar Second that was sold for Dhs3.9 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Waheda acquired for the sum of Dhs2.5 million and another in Al Rashidiya for Dhs1.155 million.

 

The Hor Al Anz area was the most active in terms of the day sales, with some 2 transactions. Al Goze First followed it with one sale.

                        

During  the period, Al Mezhar Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs3.9 million, followed by the Al Waheda area, Dhs2.5 million, and Hor Al Anz area, Dhs1.28 million .

 

The biggest area sold was the 20000 sq ft in the Al Mezhar Second area, which went for Dhs3.9 million. A 10300 sq ft plot in the Al Waheda Area was acquired for Dhs2.5 million, while 6400 sq ft of Al Rashidiya was disposed of for Dhs1.16 million.

 

During the period under review 4 mortgages worth Dhs32.7 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs20 million for an area at Hor Al Anz East. There was another for Dhs11 million on an area in Al Nahda Second and a further sum of Dhs3.5 million registered on an area of land sold in Al Nahda Second.
