Tameer Holding has announced the completion of the first phase of the Umm Al Quwain development Al Salam City and the confirmation of its commitment towards delivering its projects on time and at international standards of quality, with competitive prices that start from Dhs 499,000.
Tameer Holding has also announced the launch of ‘Al Ferdous’, the new district of their mega project, Al Salam City.
Al Ferdous is marked by its stylish modern designs. This new development launched by Tameer is comprised of 658 units of townhouses, which come in 2 bedrooms at competitive prices. It is expected to be completed by March 2009.
Al Salam City, worth over US$8.3 billion, will be erected on an area of approximately 220 million square feet. It is an integrated residential & commercial city consisting of residential districts and occupies a distinctive location on Emirates Road.
Al Salam City consists of approximately 1000 buildings of which the tallest will consist of 50 storeys of hotel suites. Further more, the city will include residential villas, parks, playing grounds and entertainment centers.
