Wagamama, voted the UK’s number one restaurant, has opened its third eatery in the Al Fattan Marine Towers, Dubai Marina, as part of an aggressive expansion strategy that will see the international noodle chain launch more than 15 outlets in the region in the next five years.
The recently published Zagat restaurant guide has declared the venue ‘Britain’s number one’ restaurant for the third year running, and bolsters the successful business strategy being implemented by hospitality and restaurant development company, Rmal Hospitality, to expand the brand in the Middle East.
“Our strategy is to deliver world-class experiences to the UAE. The launch of our third Wagamama’s coinciding with the prestigious Zagat award demonstrates that we are on track and supplying the discerning UAE public with renowned food and beverage facilities,” said Anthony Liddiard, CEO of Rmal Hospitality.
Following on from the huge success of Wagamama Crowne Plaza and Wagamama The Greens, Liddiard said the marina was a natural choice for the growing demand in Dubai. “The new Wagamama location in the Al Fattan MarineTowers will be a great asset to the marina, giving local residents and our loyal customers even more dining options.”
Open from 12noon till 12midnight, the restaurant seats over 100 diners and offers fresh and nutritious food in a sleek yet simple setting with helpful, friendly service.
Located opposite the Oasis Beach Hotel, Wagamama Al Fattan will also provide take out and corporate catering services. Wagamama opened its first noodle bar in London in 1992 and has since grown into an international cult dining phenomenon, opening a total of 63 restaurants across the world in cities from Dubai to Amsterdam to Istanbul.
