Shares of Emaar Properties went down 9.4 per cent to Dh17.35 on Sunday, two days after its price was adjusted for its rights and bonus issues. Some 29 million Emaar shares worth Dh502.5 million were sold.
An Emaar associate and home loan company Amlak went down 3.33 per cent to Dh13.05.
