The United Arab Emirates (UAE) remained stable and is well prepared to overcome the challenges that could crop up when launching more ambitious projects like the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), stated Chairman of DSF’s Supreme Committee Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum.
