Dubai-based Tulip Business Developers is investing more than Dh300 million in projects in Dubai Properties, Business Bay and Palm Deira, said Masood Sangi, the president of the firm in an interview with Khaleej Times.
He further said the UAE is offering tremendous opportunities to builders and real estate developers and the investments are secure and safe with good return on investment. "Dubai is developing rapidly and 70 per cent of our 'Westside Marina’ apartments have been sold out and 30 per cent is going to be sold very soon," he added.
