Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and the UAE Minister of Finance and Industry, has issued a decree stipulating ownership of real estate in various areas of Deira and Bur Dubai by nationals, in compensation for the land they had partially or completely lost as a result of development projects in the emirate.
To that effect, according to WAM, Dubai's land and properties department has called upon proprietors of the land in question to come forward and receive documents of their new sites as well as ownership certificates.
