The United Arab Emirates will soon lift a ban on its citizens travelling to Lebanon, the UAE's ambassador to Beirut has said.

"The lifting of the ban on Emiratis travelling to Lebanon will come soon," Ambassador Hamad Saeed al-Shamsi told journalists on Tuesday after meeting Lebanese Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil.
“What we care about is Lebanon’s stability,” said the diplomat.
