Al Ain city in the UAE has witnessed a huge decline in the cost of renting flats, villas, and other leasing units.
Quted by Khaleej Times, a source in the Department of Social Services and Commercial Buildings, Khalifa Committee in Al Ain, said that the rents had gone down due to termination of services of a large number of expatriates in different government departments in Al Ain within the framework of the localisation policy.
He noted that 350 residential units are unoccupied and waiting to be rented out.
