In his statement on the occasion of the 34th Anniversary of the UAE, the President of the UAE. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed, estimated the GDP of the UAE to reach Dh 424 billion ($115.5 billion) by the end of the current year. This figure translates into a 10.7% rise compared with last year.
The president projected the GDP will hit Dh 567.9 billion in 2010, i.e. to record an average 4.3% in 2010.
