Two neighbouring land plots at Al-Fateh area in Juffair district, east of the Bahraini capital Manama were bought recently for BD2.22 million ($5.9 million), the local press reported.
The two land plots spread on 36,000 sq. feet and will be used for the construction of a new four-star hotel.
